Adult LEssons
These groups are aimed at player who are new to the sport or have only recently started playing.
Lessons are based on learning the fundamental skills for tennis, as well as helping to improve movement and coordination skills.
Coaches will cover grips, stances, and basic strokes like forehands, backhands and serves.

Group Size: Max 6 players per court
These groups are designed for players with prior playing experience looking to enhance their game.
Lessons are based on improving on the tactical side of the game through high volume drills, as well as helping to tweak technical aspects along the way.
Coaches will set up drills to focus on a different theme each week, enabling players to test their skills as well as putting the theme into a realistic setting with open points towards the end.
